It’s always difficult to please everyone. When it comes to food, it’s even harder. Luckily for you and according to recent polls, on a general basis healthy snacks are better accepted that those old greasy snacks we would serve and eat back in the day. Plan your foods with a clear mind.

If you’replanning something but your mind is wandering around, you may end up with a half-assed plan in your hand. If you’re planning a meal and you are hungry, you’re ideas will be geared towards what you waht to eat at that time. that’s why it’s important that you start p´lanning whe full. When we are hungry we tend to make poor food choices (it’s the same reason why I tell people not to go to the grocery store hungry). Eat a snack before you go. An apple is a great snack because it’s portable and has lots of fiber to help fill you up.The first tip is to make sure that you don’t go to these functions starving. It’s OK to be hungry because you know that you are going to eat something when you arrive, but you don’t want to be so ravenous that you just start eating everything in sight. People like meaty food, of course they do. but guess what? people love vegetables too and all kinds and colors of them. The key to a super awesome snack menu lies in the variety of colors, textures, smell and more specially…flavors! You want to know all the options available before you start designing your perfect entree. As you look over the offerings, take note of everything that’s available and start to decide what you’ll eat and how much. The worst spot to be in is the one where you see something you really want, only to look down and realize that your plate is already full.

Avoid Plain And Boring Ordinary Food

look, people eat bread all the time, a bread witha  generic/boring topping is not going to set the world on fire.chicken wings_ everyone swears by them but there’s hardly any novelty in them. I mean there-s only so much spice you can put into them. Don’t waste calories on fattening dips, potato chips, french fries or pigs in a blanket that you can get anytime. Spend your calories on the good stuff like scallops wrapped in bacon or special crepes.
